  • Photographs: Couple photos and family photos submitted for use in invitations.
  • Payment data: UPI ID or bank details (processed securely; we do not store full banking credentials).
  • Communication records: Messages exchanged over WhatsApp or email during the project.

2.2 Automatically Collected Data

  • Usage data: Standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and analytics purposes.
  • Cookies: We use minimal session cookies to ensure the website functions correctly. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.

We do not collect sensitive personal data such as financial credentials, biometric data, health information, or political/religious beliefs.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely for the following purposes:

  • Processing and delivering your order (digital files, printed goods, video files).
  • Communicating with you about your order, revisions, and delivery.
  • Processing payments and maintaining billing records as required under Indian tax law (GST compliance).
  • Displaying completed work in our portfolio or on social media for promotional purposes — only with your consent (you may opt out in writing at any time).

All third-party partners are bound by confidentiality obligations and may only use your data for the specific purpose of serving your order.

5. Data Security

We implement reasonable security practices as required under the IT (Reasonable Security Practices) Rules, 2011:

  • Your design files, photos, and communication records are stored in secured cloud storage with access controls.
  • WhatsApp communications benefit from end-to-end encryption provided by WhatsApp.
  • Staff with access to your data are bound by confidentiality.
  • We take reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss of your information.

While we employ appropriate security measures, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We recommend you do not share sensitive financial information beyond what is required to complete payment.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data and project files for a period of 12 months following the final delivery of your order. After this period, your data is securely deleted unless:

  • Retention is required by Indian tax law (e.g., GST records must be retained for at least 5 years).
  • A dispute or legal claim is ongoing.
  • You have provided explicit consent to retain portfolio photos for longer.

7. Your Rights

Under applicable Indian law and these terms, you have the right to:
